We are looking for an Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, making travel arrangements, and other paper works. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using tools like MS Office, Xero, and Google Suite.

What You’ll Do

Admin Support:

  • Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping, data entry, monitoring financial record and maintain reports for Stakeholders.
  • Record and verify financial transactions.
  • Book travel and accommodation.
  • Organise manager’s calendar.
  • Perform market research.
  • Create presentations as needed.
  • Marketing and social media management.
  • Ad-hoc tasks.

What You’ll Need

  • Knowledgeable using xero (accounting system)/ Zoho , Google Suite is an advantage.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Solid organizational skills.
