We are looking for an Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, making travel arrangements, and other paper works. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using tools like MS Office, Xero, and Google Suite.
What You’ll Do
Admin Support:
- Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping, data entry, monitoring financial record and maintain reports for Stakeholders.
- Record and verify financial transactions.
- Book travel and accommodation.
- Organise manager’s calendar.
- Perform market research.
- Create presentations as needed.
- Marketing and social media management.
- Ad-hoc tasks.
What You’ll Need
- Knowledgeable using xero (accounting system)/ Zoho , Google Suite is an advantage.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Solid organizational skills.
