Administrative Assistant
Location: Australia (Remote – Part-time & Full-time available)

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with both part-time and full-time options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company documents, files, and records.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain data accuracy in company databases and systems.
- Provide general administrative support to various teams as needed.
- Assist in organizing virtual events and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
