Terms: 2 month contract – someone is out on leave – now our backfill
Target Pay Rate: $20-22/hr. – SHOW OVER!
Bill Rate: .$40-45/hr. ($600-800 spread)
Interview Process: 1 and done! Manager wants to IV ASAP

Position Overview / Day to Day Responsibilities:
– Entry level credentialing specialist role
– Will be under Nikki Smith – Whole Health Living department of Tivity
- Collecting and Verifying Information-Gathering and verifying all required documentation for initial credentialing and recredentialing. Investigates and resolves any discrepancies or issues related to any credentialing information.
- Data Entry-Keeping update and accurate records for practitioner credentials
- Knowledge of NCQA and CMS regulations and standards a plus. Maintains compliance with CMS and NCQA while processing credentialing applications.
- Communicates with practitioners and offices to address questions and resolve issues
- Effectively manages credentialing files and workload with minimal supervision.
- Must have prior credentialling experience.
- Must be computer savvy – proficient with MS Office including Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- Works independently, however part of a team for questions/support.
