Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors and is instrumental in ensuring a positive customer experience at our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional, courteous manner
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and accurately
- Manage service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Maintain resident files and update CRM software with accurate information
- Support leasing and property management teams with administrative tasks
- Assist with scheduling maintenance and vendor appointments
- Help coordinate resident events and communications
- Ensure the front office and common areas remain tidy and welcoming
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or retail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Bilingual skills a plus
