We’re supporting a fast-growing HR Tech company delivering user-friendly performance and engagement software. With more mid-sized companies joining, they’re looking for a Client Project Manager to lead onboarding projects and guide customers through implementation and rollout.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Own the full implementation process for new mid-size and enterprise clients
- Guide HR stakeholders through setup, training, and launch plans
- Build project plans, coordinate timelines, and resolve blockers
- Collaborate with CS, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Gather feedback and relay it into product iterations
🎯 Objectives in the First 6 Months
- Successfully launch at least 10 client implementations
- Improve internal handoff processes between Sales and CS
- Create a reusable project plan template for onboarding
- Help identify friction points and shape automation opportunities
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years experience in onboarding/project management
- Experience working with HR stakeholders (preferred)
- Well-organized and calm under pressure, but also people-savvy
- Strong project communicator in English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working across time zones (CET ±2 hours)
🌍 Setup
You’ll work remotely and independently, but with support from a close-knit onboarding team (currently 5 people). Expect clear onboarding, open dialogue, and shared ownership.
