Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

Department: Client Services

Reports To: Operations Manager

Location: Remote (DFW-based preferred)

Role Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for clients of DFW Legal & Serve Co. This role is responsible for answering inquiries, processing citation drop-off requests, managing billing functions, and sending invoices. The CSR ensures a professional, courteous, and efficient experience for all clients while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding service of process.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
  • Log new service requests into the case management system.
  • Verify client information and service details.
  • Coordinate with process servers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Generate and send invoices using billing software
  • Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and client account histories.
  • Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and service updates.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on service requests and billing activity.
  • Ensure all client documentation is stored securely and in compliance with company policy.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in customer service, preferably in legal or professional services.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency with CRM and billing software (ServeManager).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
