Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Department: Client Services
Reports To: Operations Manager
Location: Remote (DFW-based preferred)
Role Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for clients of DFW Legal & Serve Co. This role is responsible for answering inquiries, processing citation drop-off requests, managing billing functions, and sending invoices. The CSR ensures a professional, courteous, and efficient experience for all clients while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding service of process.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
- Log new service requests into the case management system.
- Verify client information and service details.
- Coordinate with process servers to ensure timely delivery.
- Generate and send invoices using billing software
- Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate billing records and client account histories.
- Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and service updates.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on service requests and billing activity.
- Ensure all client documentation is stored securely and in compliance with company policy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years in customer service, preferably in legal or professional services.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with CRM and billing software (ServeManager).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
