Build and grow a global learner community for one of Europe’s most promising EdTech scaleups. You’ll lead engagement, content, and user support across thousands of professionals upskilling in tech.

We’re now supporting a fast-growing EdTech company helping professionals upskill in Data, DevOps, Cloud, and AI. The platform is used by learners in 60+ countries and backed by top-tier investors. With 60+ team members working remotely across Europe, they’re scaling rapidly — and building community is central to their next phase.

They’re now hiring a Community Manager to lead learner engagement, peer interaction, and support experiences.

🎯 What You’ll Be Working On

• Own and manage the global learner community (Slack + Discord)
• Develop onboarding flows and engagement rituals for learners
• Answer user questions and moderate discussions
• Curate and share learning resources, events, and platform updates
• Identify recurring issues, user feedback, and content needs
• Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Content teams

✅ Who They’re Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in community, content, or learner support roles
• Experience from EdTech, online learning, or developer communities is a plus
• Confident in using tools like Slack, Discord, Notion, and HubSpot
• Strong communicator with excellent written English
• Comfortable working async in a remote-first team across EMEA

🌍 Work Setup

This is a fully remote position open to candidates across EMEA. You’ll be hired directly by the EdTech company and onboarded virtually. Depending on your location, you may be employed through a local payroll partner.
