About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, articulate intern to write compelling short-form content for LinkedIn and Instagram. You’ll help shape the voice of Dara AI by turning ideas, case and founder insights, and trends into engaging posts that connect with entrepreneurs and business leaders. The ideal candidate has a knack for storytelling, an interest in technology, and a clean, conversational writing style.
Responsibilities:
- Research and write short-form posts and captions that reflect Dara AI’s brand voice.
- Develop copy for carousels, social updates, and thought leadership posts.
- Repurpose existing materials into audience-friendly content.
- Maintain a running content idea bank and track the performance of published pieces.
- Stay up-to-date on AI, automation, and small business trends to suggest timely topics.
- Collaborate closely with the social media and design teams to align content with visual and posting strategy.
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and flow.
- Ability to write for social media with a strong grasp of tone and brevity.
- Curious, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with AI, tech, or business-related topics is an asset.
Work Details
- Type: Remote (Monday–Friday), 20 hours per week
- Duration: 3-month internship, with the possibility of transitioning into a contractor role based on performance and business needs.
- Location: Dara AI is based in Canada; all work is remote
- Monthly Data Stipend: ₦40,000
- Performance Reviews: biweekly, based on content quality, consistency, and engagement metrics
