Content & Design Partner (Freelance, Part-Time)

Gunia Consulting is a boutique recruitment firm based in Switzerland. We help banks, startups, MedTech companies, and SMEs across Switzerland, Germany, and beyond find exceptional talent. With a growing client base and an expanding content strategy, we’re looking for a creative and reliable Content & Design Partner to bring our brand to life visually and strategically.

Your Role

This is not just a design role. You’ll be a creative and strategic partner helping shape our visual storytelling, social media presence, and brand identity. You’ll work directly with the founder and help build a consistent, distinctive brand — across digital touchpoints.

Your Tasks

• Visual Content Creation: Design carousel posts, GIFs, single visuals, and other assets for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Brand Strategy & Consistency: Help maintain a strong visual identity across channels – colors, fonts, layout, tone
• Template & Collateral Design: Develop templates for candidate profiles, pitch decks, social media, and marketing documents
• Content Development Support: Collaborate on the creation of articles, insights, and client presentations
• Social Media Planning: Help shape and implement the social media calendar with weekly posts
• Website Content Updates (Optional): If experienced with CMS (Webflow), support in keeping the site content up to date
• SEO & Analytics (Bonus): Basic SEO knowledge or interest in learning is a plus, but not required

Your Profile

• Strong experience in graphic design (Figmapreferred) and content creation
• Familiarity with social media marketing (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
• Excellent eye for structure, layout, and storytelling
• Strategic mindset – able to tie design to business and brand goals
• Professional communication skills in English (German a strong plus)
• Self-driven, organized, and confident working closely with a founder in a lean setup
• Available for regular collaboration (e.g., weekly output on a freelance retainer basis)
