In this role, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and support.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and document details of issues and resolutions in our customer management system (CRM).
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve complex issues and provide seamless service to customers.
- Follow-up: Ensure that all customer concerns are followed through to resolution and that customers are satisfied with the outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred (depending on company policy).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer inquiries or issues with patience and effective problem-solving techniques.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries at once and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Team-Oriented: Collaborative and positive attitude, ready to work within a team to achieve company goals.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends, if necessary.
