Your Mission 🫵

Deliver a world-class shopping experience by solving problems with empathy and speed. You’ll support shoppers and sellers, turn insights into action, and help us build a better platform.

What You’ll Do 👷

  • Represent Tilt with a warm, client-first attitude across all support interactions
  • Own and resolve seller issues and become an expert on seller tools and workflows
  • Support general customer tickets when needed to maintain a full understanding of the overall user experience
  • Identify and flag fraud risks with CX, Fraud, and Categories & Expansion teams
  • Share recurring seller pain points and feedback with the wider team to help improve tools and processes
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and professionalism

Requirements 📋

We’re looking for someone ambitious, curious, and obsessed with solving problems. You’ll thrive here if you’re a fast learner who doesn’t shy away from change.

  • Fluent in English
  • 1+ year of experience in email/chat-based customer support
  • Hands-on experience with seller onboarding, marketplace operations, and related tools such as Zendesk (support), HubSpot (CRM), or Stripe (payments)
  • Clear, concise communicator who can multitask efficiently
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends (with flexibility around shift patterns)
