As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our company, resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
– Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our services
– Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and metrics

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
– 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
