Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Assistant. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role will involve handling customer communications via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about our products and services. The assistant will also be expected to maintain records of customer interactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
