We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the primary point of contact with clients. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and supporting the sales process by qualifying leads and coordinating appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Qualify potential clients using predefined criteria and scripts.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments with the sales team.
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM records.
  • Request reviews and feedback from clients after project completion.
  • Follow up on unresolved customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (phone-based preferred).
  • Excellent English communication (C1/C2) both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Comfortable using communication platforms (RingCentral, Zoom, etc.).
  • Basic computer literacy: CRM, spreadsheets, and email tools.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional home office setup and reliable internet.
  • Must be confident on calls with commercial and residential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple customers at once.
