Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Off Site Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative of Flourish Research, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work remotely, connecting with customers through various channels and providing timely and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to ensure a timely and professional response.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns that may arise.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues to provide the best possible solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficient in using various communication tools, including phone, email, and social media.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
