Your New Position

  • Diligently reviewing claims to identify incidents and determine coverage, ensuring every decision aligns with our contractual promises.
  • Deciding on benefits and reimbursement amounts with precision and fairness.
  • Communicating decisions to customers, following up via calls, emails, or letters to guarantee resolution and satisfaction.
  • Fielding inquiries with expertise, providing status updates that reassure and inform.
  • Documenting your determinations and insights in our state-of-the-art Claims software, adhering to our meticulous guidelines.
  • Collaborating across departments to gather or verify information, ensuring a seamless claims process.
  • Investigating discrepancies and raising the flag on questionable claims, safeguarding our integrity and customer trust.
  • Dispatching claim forms and guiding new customers through their journey with us.
