About The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Customer Service Representatives. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales and communication skills within the renewable energy sector. As a vital part of our outreach efforts, you will engage with potential customers, educate them on the benefits of solar energy, and generate leads for our solar consultation team. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive paid training to ensure your success. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals

- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via phone and in-person interactions to educate them about the advantages of solar energy
- Generate and qualify leads by identifying homeowners interested in solar solutions
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up communications for solar consultants
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information using our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
