Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at IKOR of Western Pennsylvania. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical or healthcare terminology is beneficial
