Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Lolly.com. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing the customer experience, and maintaining strong communication with users.

  • Previous experience in the influencer marketing industry is a plus
