About the Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide customers with Web3 social media profile setup via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with cryptocurrencies and connecting their digital wallets
  • Educate users on platform navigation through various communication channels
  • Deliver clear, insightful answers about platform features and advertising
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience – social media, Crypto and some basic AI

Required Skills

  • Strong phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with Crypto, social media, Web 3.0, blockchain, and AI applications
  • Fluency in English
