We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s passionate about helping others, thrives in a remote work environment, and is ready to support the people who power healthcare every day.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at Relode, you’ll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for our growing network of healthcare professionals and clients. You’ll work closely with our internal teams, tech tools, and recruiting community to ensure every experience is smooth, professional, and impactful.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat from nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and clients
  • Providing clear, timely, and empathetic support throughout the recruiting process
  • Troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns to the right internal team when needed
  • Keeping accurate records of all communications and ensuring our systems stay up to date
  • Educating healthcare professionals on how our platform works and supporting them through job application steps
  • Working collaboratively with our recruiting team to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Contributing to knowledge base articles and FAQs to improve self-service resources

Who You Are

You’re someone who genuinely loves helping people. You communicate with clarity, warmth, and confidence. Whether it’s answering a quick question or resolving a more complex issue, you’re dependable, resourceful, and bring positive energy to every interaction.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, support, or administrative role—healthcare or recruiting industry experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with a calm, professional tone
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using multiple tools and platforms (CRM, help desk software, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Self-starter attitude—you take ownership and follow through
  • Passion for healthcare, people, and delivering exceptional service
