What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing tools
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, timely resolutions
  • Log and escalate bugs or technical issues to internal teams
  • Maintain a high level of empathy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify common questions and suggest improvements to internal support processes

What They’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role (support, service, or admin)
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented
  • Bonus: experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
