What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, timely resolutions
- Log and escalate bugs or technical issues to internal teams
- Maintain a high level of empathy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Identify common questions and suggest improvements to internal support processes
What They’re Looking For:
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role (support, service, or admin)
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented
- Bonus: experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
