The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. Qualifications:

  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and CRM tools.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
