📝 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help global clients deliver amazing customer experiences by:
- Responding to customer queries via chat, email, or voice
- Handling product or service inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues
- Escalating complex concerns to the appropriate team
- Ensuring a smooth, empathetic, and efficient communication process
- Following standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English
- 1–2 years of customer service, BPO, or virtual assistant experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, Zendesk, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and empathy for customers
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts if required
🎯 Bonus If You Have:
- Prior experience in remote work or freelancing
- Exposure to working with international clients
- Familiarity with AI or tech products
