📝 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help global clients deliver amazing customer experiences by:

  • Responding to customer queries via chat, email, or voice
  • Handling product or service inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues
  • Escalating complex concerns to the appropriate team
  • Ensuring a smooth, empathetic, and efficient communication process
  • Following standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English
  • 1–2 years of customer service, BPO, or virtual assistant experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, Zendesk, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and empathy for customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts if required

  • Prior experience in remote work or freelancing

  • Familiarity with AI or tech products
