Modarby is an EdTech company that provides on-demand human tutoring support. We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and tutors. You will ensure a seamless and supportive experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor tutor-student sessions and assist in rescheduling or resolving mismatches.
- Ensure users understand how to use our platform efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and other support tools.
- Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
