Modarby is an EdTech company that provides on-demand human tutoring support. We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and tutors. You will ensure a seamless and supportive experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor tutor-student sessions and assist in rescheduling or resolving mismatches.
  • Ensure users understand how to use our platform efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and other support tools.
  • Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
