We’re currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing network of freelance support agents.
About the Role
As a Onepilot agent, you’ll support users on behalf of multiple brands, responding to incoming questions via email, chat, or phone. Every client comes with dedicated e-learning training and a detailed knowledge base to help you deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient support. You’ll work remotely, choose your own schedule, and get paid per ticket solved typically averaging around €15/hr.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers through email, chat, or phone
- Use internal tools and guides to provide fast, accurate answers
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally
- Deliver a high-quality experience with each interaction
What You Need
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Confidence using digital tools, dashboards, and online systems
- Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
- Must be based in the United States
