Position : Customer Service Representative
Work Hours (Client) : 9am-9pm UK time, following a rotating pattern of four days on, followed by four days off.
Holidays : PH Holidays
Pay Range : $1200 – $1400 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : Philippines (Remote work setup, but with the possibility of shifting to a Hybrid work setup in the future)

Duties And Responsibilities
This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and WhatsApp. In addition to providing excellent customer support, this role will also oversee customer interactions on social media platforms, ensuring prompt responses and fostering positive engagement.
This position is designed to transition into a leadership role, where the candidate will eventually lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests via online and on social media platforms (TikTok and Instagram).
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive brand image by engaging with customers and addressing concerns proactively.
- Assist in developing FAQs, knowledge base articles, and automated responses to streamline customer support processes.
- Gather customer insights and report trends to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support the development of best practices for customer interactions across all platforms.
- Prepare for a future leadership role by gaining expertise in team management, training, and process optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a role involving answering social media inquiries and interaction
- Leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a leadership role is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with Gorgias and WhatsApp or a similar tool and social media platforms (preferably TikTok and Instagram) is required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience handling social media inquiries
- Passionate about health and wellness; running and exercise are a BIG plus
