Customer Service Specialist – Join Our Innovative Tech Team!

Are you passionate about helping people and solving challenges in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dedicated individual to support our customers in maximizing platform opportunities. Training will be provided for the right candidate!

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide customers with profile setup via phone, email, and chat
  • Educate users on platform navigation through various communication channels
  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge of social media, cryptocurrency, and digital wallets
  • Deliver clear, insightful answers about platform features and advertising
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
  • Perform data entry across multiple CRM systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with Web 3.0, blockchain, and AI applications
  • Fluency in English
