Nested is looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team full-time. In this role, youโll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service across phone, email, and chat. Youโll also collaborate with hotel staff to manage reservations and may assist in lead generation by reaching out to agencies and homeowners.
What youโll do:
โ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.
โ Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations, while sharing key information about our properties.
โ Handle complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive experience.
โ Coordinate with hotel staff for room assignments, upgrades, and special requests.
โ Engage in lead generation through cold calling real estate agencies and homeowners.
What weโre looking for:
๐ Bachelorโs degree required.
๐ฃ Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
โฐ Ability to work in CET time zone (mandatory).
๐ Work exclusively for Nested (mandatory).
๐ Availability to work 9-hour shifts with 2 days off (mandatory).
๐จ Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality.
๐ Experience in real estate cold calling is a plus!
๐ฌ Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and hotel staff.
