Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and guide them through solutions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to customer success.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist or in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and customer service tools.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Empathy and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
