Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist at EStreet. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, enhancing customer service, and optimizing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Experience in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in IT consulting or digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
