What we’re looking for

Our US client, a social advertising platform helping e-commerce brands improve the performance of their dynamic ads on social media, is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support key accounts and ensure a smooth, high-touch experience for their growing client base. This role is essential for maintaining strong client relationships, resolving inquiries, and coordinating across internal teams to deliver high-quality support and service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage client communication through Slack, email, and CRM tools.
• Serve as a point of contact for advertising and technical questions, ensuring clear and empathetic responses.
• Coordinate with design, tech, production, and marketing teams to deliver on client requests and timelines.
• Track ongoing tasks and maintain visibility across multiple projects and client accounts.
• Learn the ins and outs of the platform to support ad catalog setup and product usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer success, client services, or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work US hours (EST preferred).
• Experience working with e-commerce brands, ideally Shopify-based.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ad platforms and business manager tools (Meta).
• Basic understanding of design (e.g. Canva or Figma).
• Comfortable working with numbers and metrics.
