About The Role

As a Billing Chat Repair Representative at Spectrum, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer base through web-based chat interactions. This position involves managing high volumes of customer inquiries related to billing, payments, account updates, and service questions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and courteous assistance to our subscribers, ensuring each interaction fosters trust and satisfaction. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding both English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in cable or telecommunications call centers
  • Familiarity with MS Office and personal computer systems
  • Strong communication skills, dependability, multi-tasking ability, and proficiency in typing
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

As a Billing Chat Repair Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through Spectrum’s web-based chat platform to address inquiries related to billing, payments, and account management
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive information about services, fees, and billing statements
  • Resolving billing discrepancies, processing payments, and updating customer account details efficiently
  • Handling subscriber complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Documenting all interactions thoroughly within the information systems for quality assurance and future reference
