Customer Support (Non Voice)

Join an innovative healthcare support team dedicated to improving post-discharge patient care! In this role, you’ll help bridge the gap between patients and providers by monitoring AI-assisted communication and ensuring every message is empathetic, accurate, and timely. What You’ll Do:

  • Initially compose check-in messages to patients and review patient responses using internal guidelines, drafting manually and eventually reviewing AI-generated messages.
  • Eventually monitor and oversee chatbot conversations to ensure tone, accuracy, and compliance with company messaging standards.
  • Copy and verify client information from EMR system to company software.
  • Schedule patient follow-ups and track pending patient interactions, ensuring no communication gaps.
  • Adapt tone and content to reflect a casual, friendly, and natural patient experience (e.g., not overly formal or robotic).
  • Collaborate with management during the training period to absorb communication standards, workflows, and priorities.

Who You’ll Work With:

Be part of a dedicated healthcare operations team that leverages AI to enhance the patient experience. You’ll work closely with communication specialists and leadership to ensure every patient interaction feels personal, timely, and warm.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Written English Proficiency: Must have strong command of written English, capable of understanding nuance, tone, and context in casual, natural conversation.
  • Detail-Oriented: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and ensuring accurate data transfer from EMRs.
  • Empathetic Communicator: Able to grasp patient context and reflect empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Hospitality or Concierge Experience: Experience in hospitality or concierge is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working with AI, learning communication patterns, and adjusting based on feedback.
  • Tech Setup: 2 monitors preferred but not required.
