Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. You will support the company’s customers through multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and professional experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the client’s CRM or ticketing tools
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to inform service improvements

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a client service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
  • Experience with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom) is a plus
  • A customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and professionalism
