At Clipboard Health, our Worker Operations (W-Ops) team powers the supply side of our marketplace, we focus on everything worker-related. We are the go-to team making sure healthcare professionals get the support they need to thrive once they have been onboarded.

We’re looking for 24 seasoned customer support specialists each month from now until the end of the year, who want to start in our queues, solve problems, understand complex systems, and grow fast. If you’re someone who dives deep, thinks critically, and treats every conversation as a chance to build trust and clarity, you’re our kind of person.
