🔥 Position: Customer Support Specialist

🕰️ Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 9/10 AM to 5/6 PM EST

📍 Location: Latin America (remote)

Join our client’s dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist at their growing marketing agency specializing in services for tree companies. They are committed to providing exceptional support by connecting clients with their potential customers.

They’re looking for a dedicated individual who thrives on the phone and enjoys creating a positive experience for every caller.

💪 Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients to book appointments for tree services.
• Qualify leads by confirming essential details such as tree height, address verification, and service area compatibility.
• Provide accurate price quotes to potential clients during calls.
• Maintain detailed notes and summaries of each call for internal tracking and client communication.
• Utilize CRM and call center software to manage and track all interactions and appointments.
• Improve service delivery and knowledge of industry trends.

✅ Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in a call center, customer support, appointment setting, BDR or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including talking on the phone, taking notes, and using Google Maps and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and call center software.
• Reliable, punctual, and friendly: willing to help and give support to callers.
• High level of attention to detail, commitment and proactiveness.

🌟 Non-mandatory skills:

• Prior experience in customer support for the service industry
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
• Understanding of the tree service industry.
• Experience with Kixi or Go High Level
• Willingness to work on a Saturday – Wednesday schedule
