TIDY Customer Support Specialist
Phone / Chat / Email / Video Support
Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Brasília Time (1-hour break)

About the Role
TIDY is seeking an individual with exceptional English skills who is eager to assist our customers in achieving success.
This is the perfect role for someone who wants to work with a remote technology company doing customer support. You will basically be chatting with customers in English all day, helping resolve their issues and answering their questions. So you have to like talking with people, even if they are having a bad day.
Responsibilities
- Support customers via chat, email, phone, and video when needed
- Use our internal tools to resolve questions and issues (training provided)
- Balance speed and quality—both are important
- Ensure customers feel heard, supported, and valued
- We measure your success both by the number of tickets you solve (speed is important) and by the quality of your response.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role
- A quiet, reliable workspace and a strong internet connection
- Internet requirements: Latency under 75ms, download >10 Mbps, upload >5 Mbps
- Comfortable working overnight hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Brasília Time)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote communication tools
- About the hiring process:
The hiring process includes 3 steps
1st step is “asynchronous”.
2nd step consists of two rounds of interviews.
3rd step is an interview with the CEO of the Company.
Compensation:
This position is paid a salary of USD 1,000 per month.
