eCommerce Customer Experience & Support Specialist

Remote (LATAM) | Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | US Time Zones

$10-13/hour | Weekly Pay | HMO

What You’ll Do:

1. Customer Support & Experience (Email, Chat, WhatsApp, Phone)

  • Respond with warmth, clarity, and energy to inquiries via email, SMS, chat, WhatsApp, and potentially voice calls
  • Educate customers on how to use the company’s tools and integrate the Light Protocol Method into their daily routines
  • Handle returns, exchanges, shipping questions, and product inquiries with empathy and professionalism

2. Light Protocol Guidance & Coaching-Style Support

  • Provide encouragement and answers to customers enrolled in our Light Protocol Method
  • Celebrate customer wins and support their wellness journey with genuine care

3. Community Engagement & Insights

  • Monitor and engage in customer-facing groups, comments, and communities
  • Gather customer stories, questions, and breakthroughs to share with the content and product teams

4. Insights & Feedback Loop

  • Track common questions and feedback to enhance FAQs, help docs, and onboarding materials
  • Work with marketing and education to improve messaging using real customer language

5. Systems & Automation Optimization

  • Maintain and improve Gorgias macros, templates, and workflows
  • Assist with SOP documentation and operational efficiency

6. Human Connection & Conversion Support

  • Follow up with warm leads via WhatsApp or phone with thoughtful, non-pushy communication
  • Send personalized voice notes, schedule discovery calls, and support the enrollment process

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in customer support for e-commerce or wellness brands
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, voice notes)
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, WhatsApp Business, Aircall/OpenPhone, Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with logistics (3PL, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Embodied wellness lifestyle and personal alignment with light optimization and natural living
  • Experience in functional health, health coaching, or behavior change coaching is a strong plus
