About the Role

The Email Marketing Intern will support our marketing team in crafting engaging newsletters, campaigns, and automated email flows that build community and convert readers to loyal users.

The Opportunity

We are offering a unique internship program designed for hands-on learning and real impact. For the first three months, you will be fully onboarded, trained, and supported by dedicated supervisors. This is a proven pathway to a full-time, paid position with our company for interns who successfully demonstrate their capabilities and integrate into our team.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Duration: 3-Month Internship (with potential for a full-time position)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, building, and scheduling email campaigns and newsletters.
• Segment email lists and maintain updated subscriber data.
• Research and suggest ways to improve open and click rates.
• Track analytics (open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribes).
• Support the setup of basic automation flows using Flodesk.
• Support the setup and monitoring of automated email sequences (e.g., welcome series).

Requirements:

• Access to stable electricity.
• A laptop with a good battery.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment and receive feedback.
• Strong sense of creativity, written communication and attention to detail.
• Interest in marketing, content writing & communications.
• Proficiency in Flodesk is a plus.
