We’re looking for a driven and versatile Executive Assistant with Sales Support to join a fast-growing startup committed to making healthy food options more accessible. Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: USD 1100

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including calendar management, project coordination, and strategic operational assistance
  • Conduct outreach calls and support business development initiatives to help drive company growth
  • Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel functions and Google Sheets
  • Create compelling presentations and documents using Google Slides and Google Docs
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage workflows using Asana
  • Support day-to-day operations in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Facilitate effective internal communication using Slack and other collaboration tools
  • Assist with CRM management and customer engagement using HubSpot

Requirements

  • Experience working directly as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or senior executive
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with strong formula knowledge and ability to navigate complex spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English, ideally with minimal to no accent)
  • Goal-oriented mindset with ambition for long-term career growth
  • Proven track record of high performance in previous roles
  • Strong research and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to grow into operational leadership roles
  • Eagerness to learn new tools (HubSpot, Asana, Slack)
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a high-growth startup environment
