Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the supplements space, looking for an Admin Assistant (E-commerce) + Automations Specialist who thrives on ownership, precision, and proactivity. What You’ll Do

Build and maintain automations using tools like Make.com or Zapier to improve workflow
Manage the backend of our Shopify store – experience is a plus, but resourcefulness is a must
Provide customer support via email or chat, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency
Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks to keep things running smoothly
Support order tracking, product updates, and general store operations
Communicate effectively with team members and take initiative without needing constant oversight

What We’re Looking For

Experienced with automation tools like **Make.com or Zapier**
Experience with Shopify, or the ability to quickly learn and navigate it independently
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
Resourceful, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented mindset
Proven track record as a reliable, consistent, and self-managed assistant
Bonus: Experience in e-commerce or working with international brands
