Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO (Remote – CST Hours)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (1-hour lunch break)

Type: Full-time

Salary : $334

We’re hiring a highly organized, fast-moving, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives on ownership, and naturally brings structure and clarity to a fast-paced environment.

We’re not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do — we need someone who anticipates needs, gets things done quickly and efficiently, and helps us scale smarter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule (Google Calendar)
  • Organize and manage inboxes, draft or respond to emails as needed
  • Coordinate travel and logistics (flight bookings, itineraries, accommodations)
  • Maintain neatly organized documentation and systems (Google Drive)
  • Build operational infrastructure (e.g., templates, SOPs, trackers)
  • Assist with task follow-ups and cross-department coordination (investor outreach, HR, marketing)
  • Automate repetitive tasks or processes using tools or simple systems
  • Learn and implement new software tools quickly and independently
  • Write clear, professional internal and external communications

  • Excellent written and spoken English — must communicate clearly and professionally
  • Fast, responsive, and able to juggle multiple tasks without missing details
  • Exceptionally organized — loves order, neat systems, and well-kept folders
  • Proactive and solution-oriented — doesn’t wait for instructions to take action
  • Tech-comfortable and eager to streamline systems
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Curious and ready to grow into more responsibility over time

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting executives or founders
  • Copywriting or content writing skills
  • Experience creating automations or optimizing internal workflows
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
