The Mission

We’re looking for a freelance UI/UX Designer to join one of our product squads.

You’ll work closely with a Product Owner and developers to design intuitive, clean, and impactful digital experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (Figma).
• Collaborating with developers (front-end & fullstack) to ensure faithful implementation.
• Bringing a UX perspective to product decisions (usability, accessibility, friction points, etc.).
• Iterating quickly based on feedback and insights.
• Optionally: helping define or evolve a design system from scratch.

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience designing real products, not just visuals.
• Mastery of Figma (components, prototyping, design systems, responsive UI).
• A strong grasp of UX principles (clarity, flow, simplicity, accessibility).
• Ability to iterate quickly, work independently, and communicate clearly.
• A sharp eye for clean, elegant design with purpose.
• Bonus: good at juggling multiple projects and organizing your time.
