About the job
A Video Editor is required to produce a polished 1-minute promotional video for a preschool brain development enrichment program. The raw footage features a single speaker standing outdoors, and the editing tasks will include enhancing lighting—particularly on the speaker’s face—adding a branded opening and closing sequence, and incorporating suitable b-roll to elevate the overall presentation. This project is fully remote and currently in the planning and research phase, with the possibility of future assignments based on performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience enhancing lighting and color in post-production, especially for outdoor footage
- Ability to create and integrate branded intro and outro sequences
- Skill in selecting and editing b-roll to complement primary footage
- Attention to detail and a clear understanding of promotional content requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality work remotely
- Availability for potential follow-up work based on results
