As a Hubspot CRM Implementation Specialist, you’ll take charge of a key digital initiative that will drive the future of client communications for an industry leader. You will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing their Hubspot CRM system, working closely with the leadership team, including the owner and key decision-makers, to refine their client engagement processes. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise while contributing to strategic growth within a collaborative, family-oriented team.
Job Highlights
Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $15.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency
Schedule: 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day
Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PT)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the complete implementation and configuration of Hubspot CRM system
- Design and establish automated communication workflows for client engagement
- Manage and optimize a robust database of 2,000+ valuable client relationships
- Create and execute strategic email and messaging campaigns
- Develop efficient systems for appointment scheduling and follow-up processes
- Generate insightful reports and analytics to track engagement metrics
- Collaborate with team members across time zones to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain data integrity and database organization
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations
- Support occasional lead generation initiatives (approximately 5% of role)
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms
- Proven track record in successful CRM implementation projects
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to optimize system configurations
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in managing large customer databases
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
- Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PT)
- Background in customer service or client relations preferred
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
