We act as personal matchmakers between ambitious professionals and the founders or hiring managers looking for them. Every day, we make hiring and career growth smoother, smarter, and more human.

During this internship, you’ll be part of a small, fully remote team that values learning, ownership, and excellence. You’ll work closely with people who genuinely want to see you grow and get direct, honest feedback that helps you level up fast.

Depending on your strengths, you could intern in:

• Talent & Recruitment
• Marketing & Media
• Sales & Partnerships
• HR Outsourcing and Operations

You’ll go through a short process to help us match you with the right team, and then the real work (and learning) begins.
