What We’re Looking For

✅ At least 1 year of experience in customer support or related field

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

✅ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

✅ Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
