What You’ll Do
π― Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and issues
π Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
π€ Build rapport with customers to enhance their experience
π Troubleshoot product-related problems effectively and efficiently
π Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
π Provide insights on customer trends to improve service delivery
What Weβre Looking For
β At least 1 year of experience in customer support or related field
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
β Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
β Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
β Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
