You’ll use technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress—and work closely with a senior software developer for guidance and mentorship. Top performers may have the opportunity to grow into a Software Engineering role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot existing websites to identify and resolve issues with HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive web pages.
  • Optimize web pages for performance, load time, and SEO.
  • Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure W3C standards compliance and smooth functionality.
  • Stay current on best practices, web trends, and new technologies.
  • Use Figma for design handoff and collaboration.
  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins for client-specific needs.
  • Participate in technical discussions and code reviews.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities.
  • Solid grasp of responsive design and mobile-first development.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and version control systems (e.g. Git).
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.

Nice To Have

  • Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.
  • Experience optimizing sites for speed and SEO.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
