  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm with 1 hour unpaid break | Pacific Standard Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and compile agent lists from Zillow and other sources, creating detailed spreadsheets with contact information
  • Send out DocuSign documents and manage document workflows
  • Create PDF and Word documents with deal information for builder outreach
  • Import leads into Go High Level CRM system and manage lead data
  • Send out high-volume text campaigns (5,000+ texts daily) through automated systems
  • Schedule appointments on closers’ calendars using Go High Level calendar features
  • Respond to warm leads within 30 seconds to 10 minutes of receipt
  • Verify and qualify property details including acreage, zoning, access, utilities, and recent comparables
  • Update opportunities and deal status in Go High Level CRM
  • Notify sales reps via Slack and Go High Level when leads come in or offers are received
  • Follow up on document signatures and coordinate with customers on pending paperwork
  • Serve as intermediary between company and title companies, managing required documentation
  • Update company website with current deal inventory categorized by state
  • Create basic social media graphics using Canva for deal marketing
  • Update social media pages (Instagram, Facebook) with new deal postings

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of real estate experience, preferably in wholesaling or similar high-volume environment
  • Customer service and appointment setting background required
  • Proficiency with Go High Level CRM platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work Pacific Time zone hours (9 AM – 5 PM)
  • Experience with lead generation and data management
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
